Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Deliceto Pastries, we take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality pastries made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following refund and cancellation policies in place:
Order Cancellations:
We require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for cancellations on standard pastry orders. For custom or large orders (such as cakes, catering, or bulk pastries), we require at least 8–12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within the required time frame are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested after this window may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation may have already begun.
Refunds & Returns:
Because our products are perishable and made fresh daily, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a mistake on our part (such as incorrect items or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right—either by offering a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
