At Deliceto Pastries, we specialize in freshly baked pastries, bread, and cakes made with passion and quality ingredients. We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Assistant Baker to join us in creating delicious baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the head baker in daily preparation of breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
Measure, mix, knead, and shape doughs and batters.
Operate baking equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Ensure products meet quality and presentation standards.
Maintain proper storage of ingredients and baked items.
Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines.

Requirements

Prior experience in baking or culinary field (preferred but not mandatory).
Passion for baking and willingness to learn.
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Team player with good communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
