Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Deliceto Pastries, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality pastries made to order. As our products are perishable and handcrafted daily, we kindly ask our customers to review the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
Order Cancellations
Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund.
Custom or Large Orders (including cakes, catering, or bulk pastries): Require a minimum of 8–12 hours’ notice for cancellation.
Cancellations made within the required notice period will receive a full refund.
Cancellations outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation and production may have already started.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order—such as an error in the items received or a quality concern—please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
